Jammu, October 09: State President, Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan lambasted the central as well as State Government for the ongoing communication blockade in Jammu and Kashmir. He demanded an end to the restrictions on high-speed Internet in the State.
Demanding to restore the Internet facility with high speed, Rajiv Mahajan said, “In the absence of Internet and mobile facilities, these two months have been very difficult for everyone.” The high-speed Internet Service 3g and 4g are still barred in the State from last three month, giving a tough time to students and businessmen, he said.
People including businessmen and students suffer a lot of problem due to ban on high-speed Internet, he said and added, “In today’s time, when most of the work is done through Online (E-business), the businessmen still have no access to the Internet due to which their businesses are running in losses”.
“We are not able to pay electricity bills, mobile bill’s, book railway & air tickets etc. online due to low-speed Internet. We Appeal Higher Authorities to restore high-speed Internet so that we can do our work”, he said.
Students are not able to prepare for their exams due to suspension on high-speed Internet as they need the Internet to read topics, clear concepts so that we can prepare well for exams, he said.
