Indian Army organised a Communal Harmony Meeting at Bhala
Jammu, April 16: To promote peace, harmony and prosperity in the region, the Indian Army organised a Communal Harmony Meeting at Bhala aimed to analyse the communal and ethnic milieu existing in the region and to discuss the issues related to the development of the society.
The event was attended by about 24 persons from all communities of the region. Speaking on the occasion, Kashinath Katoch, Sarpanch, Khelani thanked all the public of Bhala, who actively participated and shared ideas to propagate the message of peace, harmony and brotherhood in the region.
He also thanked the Army for organising the event and stated that such constructive efforts by the Army will go a long way to promote brotherhood and communal harmony in the region as well as help in diverting the energies of the youth in the right direction in Nation building activities.
