Samba Super 40 project have cleared their written examination of CDS
Jammu, April 10: Samba Super 40 project under the aegis of Gurj Division was initiated in Sep 2017 to provide quality training to the youth of Samba and nearby areas who aspire to join Defense Forces as officers. The project involves a rigorous process of selection of potential candidates who are then provided training for written examination and thereafter the successful candidates are given SSB coaching for their services interview.
Eight students who were part of the Samba Super 40 project have cleared their written examination of CDS as per result declared on 10 Apr 2019. This brings the total tally of successful candidates to 24. These successful candidates will now be provided SSB Coaching for taking on the services interview.
It is also noteworthy to mention that six aspirants who were part of this project, had cleared their SSB interviews in the past and have already joined various Service Academies as Officer Cadets with Hansaja Sharma and Lundup Dorje joining OTA, Chennai in April 2019.
The success rate of Samba Super 40 project has been nothing less than spectacular and is proving to be an ideal platform for training of future of our country.
