Jammu: To Celebrate Gurudev SRI SRI’s Birthday week and attain a state of Happiness with Gurudev , The Art of Living, JAMMU chapter conducted Happiness Courses in GIAN mandir ,Trikuta Nagar Jammu, Sri Sri Dhyan Kendras at Parihar Traders Janipur and Shiv Mandir sec 3 Channi himmat Jammu , Dr Mengis Clinic , Kathua Jammu & Kashmir The Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar‘s unique Sudarshan Kriya was taught in a workshop conducted for 5 Days 3 hours sessions every day in which scores joined the program called the Happiness Program
The program was gathering of scores of participants joining in from over different walks of life- A very Dedicated Team the Art of Living teachers which included Shakti Sagar ji, Engineer by profession and Ms Ajay Gupta, Educationist by Profession conducted and volunteers assisted at GIAN mandir, Trikuta Nagar Jammu where the Happiness Program was held. Apart from the powerful breathing techniques, Yoga, Pranayama and meditation, the program also had interactive wisdom sessions that provided practical life tools to handle any difficult or stressful situation in life.
The result was at the end of the program, people experienced a peaceful, stable, joyful state of mind and a sense of connection with everyone around. People from different walks of life participated and experienced tremendous relief from ailments, emotional imbalance and physical fitness issues as well. Suman, teacher by profession another AOL teacher, doing commendable Job at rural and urban belts of J&K for social upliftment of Society took the happiness Program at Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra at Shiv Mandir Sec 3 Channi himmat, Delair Singh Engineer by Profession and DTC art of Living Jammu Chapter took the sessions at Sri Sri Dhyan Kendra, at Parihar traders Jaipur Jammu whereas Sh Bhagwati Prashad and Dr Nitin Sharma Faculties from AOL Kathua relentlessly took sessions for 5 days of this workshop at premises of Dr Mengis Clinic, Kathua
