Faced with the world`s biggest crisis of the Century due to Corona, which has taken over 3.5 lakh lives across the globe and over a million people getting infected of this deadly disease, the people all over the world have recognized the Indian way of living due to which India has suffered lowest number of deaths and lesser people are being infected as compared to the others countries. This is the way of living set by our ancestors and sages hundreds of years ago which has saved many precious lives in the country following the age-old tradition of living as a society.
And, of late, the people all over the world have started following the Indian way of living. Indians, when meet, greet each other with folded hands instead of those in the rest of the world, who, shake hands or hug each other while meeting. And now the scientists have also come to the conclusion that this is the best way to greet each other, which even dignitaries have been following in the western world. A photograph of US President Donald Trump became viral in which he was seen with folded hands while receiving another dignitary. Not otherwise, but Corona has made the world realize the value of Indian living.
For example, people in India have been using turmeric not only as a compulsory spice in the food, but also using it to heal the wounds and taking this powder with milk to keep themselves away from many deadly diseases including cancer. And now the turmeric with milk is being offered as golden milk shake in many restaurants in number of western countries and this shake has found a place in the menus of such restaurants, which the people are enjoying.
People in India enter the houses bare-footed by removing their footwear outside the entrance as part of their age-old tradition, at least in the rural areas. However, in the urban areas this tradition is slowly being replaced these days where people have started copying the rest of the world. Indians have always understood the value of food and they consume nutritious meals which are cooked on daily basis using many spices and herbs including turmeric, ginger, green chili, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, cloves, black pepper using mustard, coconut or olive oil etc in the fresh vegetables while cooking along with whole meal wheat flour rotis or rice which keep the digestive system healthy and body getting nourished keeping the people away from many diseases.
Moreover, most of the families in India consume fresh food all the three times a day whereas in the rest of the world, people consume refrigerated food, which is the root-cause of many serious ailments. Indian way of living teaches early rise in the morning and early sleep at night soon after the Sunset, which is the healthiest way of living. In addition, Indians have been following the tradition of meditation in the morning and worshipping the gods and goddesses which keep their body and mind full of enthusiasm and confidence. Many a people in the rest of the world were of the view that Indians are backward still following the ancient way of life in the modern times when the whole world is racing for advancement in every sphere of life. But they have been proved wrong. Indian phrase ``Jaan hai to jahaan hai” is the right answer to such people.
Our ancestors and sages have always insisted on vegetarian food instead of non-vegetarian food which has now proved that this is the healthiest food which keeps one away from many deadly diseases including Corona. As believed, this deadly corona virus spread from China, where consuming non vegetarian food based on even the bats, frogs, cockroaches, reptiles, and rabbits besides the other animals is very common. And, scientists even in China have given enough hints that the Corona virus may have appeared in humans through bats or other such species which they people have been consuming. All this is sufficient to prove that Indian way of living is the best for healthy living.
